When we have occupations and activities, it is almost impossible to deal with real estate agencies, institutions, individuals, etc. and our eyes are not seasoned with details (electricity, roofing, neighborhood development, etc.). The acquisition implies a tear with the past and a real investment.

Nothing is left to chance, she hears everything.

At some point… we find it. Agreement to sell! Think again. Their relentlessness becomes obsessive: for in the eight days following this one, the globetrotters continue their hunt. They find you better. The nights bring advice. Once you’ve considered your options, you have the last word.

They negotiate remarkably, put the notaries in contact, read and reread the contract, then you sign.

But it is not finished. They advise you on what to do next: movers, contractors, etc.

I currently live in New York, and I left behind an apartment in Paris that I had just had an interior designer redecorate completely. The apartment being of high standing, I intend to return to live there.

I therefore had two goals:
